Giuseppe La Scola holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and Master in Economics, and ,in the past few years , has been appointed as Advisor Member on the Board of CPCIF, the Chinese Association of Oil- Refining – Petrochemical , Board Director in JV Eni- Lotte and Eni – Petronas
➢1991 - 2000 CEO EniChem Singapore and EniChem Hong Kong
➢2000 – 2012 CEO of the companies of Eni- petrochemical in France, Belgium and UK, covering Industrial and commercial activities for the main market in Europe ; overall turnover over 1,3 billion euro.
➢In the 2012 moved to Shanghai to set up Eni-Versalis’s industrial and commercial business in Asia as CEO of Versalis Shanghai , Versalis Singapore and Versalis Mumbai

Began his professional career in 1974, as head of the quality laboratory of a company that transforms plastic materials.
➢His experience was also very important in the IISRP field, where he began serving as a member of the technical-operating committee, as vice-chair, chair, acting-chair for 20 years.
➢In 2007 and until his retirement, he took over responsibility for Technical Assistance and Application Development for all the elastomer families of the eni chemical company. In particular, he extended his responsibility also on products dedicated to tires (SBR and BR) to latexes and thermoplastic rubbers. He has developed a broad application expertise having dealt with tires, technical articles, technical articles, plastic material modification, thermoplastic and TPV compounds, adhesives, oil modification, paper impregnation, mattresses, W&C etc.

Richard Harjani
Richard Harjani is a highly experienced executive with over 25 years of leadership in the energy and engineering sectors. With a proven track record in business development, project management, and strategic consultancy, he has extensive experience in building and managing power plants. Demonstrating a knack for driving organizational growth and innovation across various industries in Indonesia, Richard has held key roles such as Lead Consultant at Exxon Mobil Indonesia (2019-2024), where he provided strategic consultancy for the company's operations. Previously, he served as Director of Business Development at Indika Energy (2013-2019), where he developed and executed strategies for market expansion and project acquisition. As Chairman of Truba Manunggal Engineering (2008-2013), he managed large-scale engineering projects efficiently, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion. Richard also showcased his leadership skills as Director of Rimo (1995-2007), where he led one of Indonesia’s leading department stores.
Currently, he serves as Commissioner at PT Era Jaya, CEO at PT Catur Kusuma Abadi, and Chairman of the Indonesia Chamber of Commerce for Italy and Indonesia, where he oversees corporate governance, drives business growth, and represents Indonesian business interests in Italy while promoting bilateral economic cooperation.
